BIOGRAPHY: 
Hélie Denoix de Saint Marc was a French resistance fighter. At the age og 19 he entered the resistance. in 1943 he was arrested an imprisoned in Buchenwald.

After the Second World War he joined the French Foreign Legion and fought in Vietnam and Algeria. In April 1961 he supported the "General's Putsch" against Charles de Gaulle who had accepted the Algerian independence. For this he was convicted to 10 year's imprisonment but was released in 1966.
