BIOGRAPHY:
July 28th, 1944, Lt.Col. Amzi R. Quillian was wounded by friendly 37 mm and machinegun fire near Villebaudon, Dep. Manche, Basse-Normandie. He died August 4th, 1944 in a hospital in England.
Lieutenant Colonel Amzi R. Quillian is buried at Normandy American Cemetery and Memorial, Colleville-sur-Mer/Basse-Normandie, France. Plot: E, Row: 25, Grave: 40.
