BIOGRAPHY:
Service number: 745249, Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve.
Charlton Haw left fot the Soviet Union on board the HMS Argus, together with a load of Hawker Hurricanes. In December 1941 Haw returned to the United Kingdom on board the HMS Kenya.
In 1985 he visited Moscow for the celebrations to the 40th Anniversary of the ending of World War Two.
Charlton Haw died in 1993.
