BIOGRAPHY: 
Leonard Paul Rundvall was born in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan on 3rd October 1920. Leonard joined the Canadian Army, Royal Rifles Regiment in 1942 and took his training at Vernon, British Columbia. On 7th July 1944 he was drafted to France from Britain, as reinforcement to the Black Watch Regiment, due to their losses, and went through Caen (first battle). He campaigned through France, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany. Returned home in 1945 and was discharged in 1946. He was involved in Army Cadets in Saskatchewan.
He died on 30th September 1982.
