Service Number 33785710. Died in the tank "USA 3089877" -named "Florence"- in the facinity of Meijel, the Netherlands on 27th October 1944. Went into service in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on 17th June 1943. Of the tankcrew only Sergeant Lewis M. Booth, Tank Commander survived. The other crew members, Sgt Lawrence Lasardia, Driver; Ass. Driver Jerry Malken, Gunner Pfc James Hegnes all were killed.
