The First Class Ordinul Mihai Vitaezul had the form of a large, pin-back guilted, bronze Fleur-de-Lys cross with blue enameled arms. The 1941 version measured six centimeters (2.5 inch) and the 1944 version measures 57 millimeters (2,3 inch).
